WHAT ARE THE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR SPRING COILING MACHINE?

The spring coiling machine is widely used on compression spring manufacture. Even a novice can operate the machine after a short training. Spring Coiling machines are used to produce springs, spring washers and collar springs. Some of the operating skills of spring coiling machines are:

· Adjustment of spring body ring

To adjust the outer diameter of the spring, we can refer to the parameters of the product to be debugged. If it is a cylindrical spring, it needs to be completed by adjusting the position of the curve gauge and the adjusting screw. The number of turns and length of the spring is determined by the length of the wire feed of the machine.

· Grinding and adjustment of the machine mold

Generally, the spring press mold provided by the supplier or spring press manufacturer is standard configuration, there are corresponding wire slot specifications. During the debugging process of the operator, the grinding of the supporting moulds is very much important.

· Installation and fixing of the machine mold

First install the wire feed roller and wire board on the machine, adjust the alignment position, and ensure that the spring wire can easily pass through the wire. The second is to adjust the thread thickness, if the wire is too tight, it may cause deformation. Finally, install the curve gauge and pitch knife, and perform the initial commissioning in the manual mode.
