Scope of application

Suitable for: all kinds of metal wire hanger hooks, tail teeth (spiral teeth, single button teeth, tower teeth) are available.

7. Excellent materials, reasonable processing and heat treatment process, high comprehensive mechanical properties of its parts, long service life:
1). heat-treated ductile iron (qt600-a) big gear ,
2). heat treatmen alloy cast iron guide rail, good wear resistance
3). quenched and tempered with high (medium) frequency tooth surface gear adopts 40Cr forging blank, Hardness up to hrc52-55
4). Shaft type adopts 40Cr steel and is tempered and its comprehensive performance is high.
5). The wire feeding wheel and straightening wheel are made of high-quality alloy steel and subjected to vacuum heat treatment. The hardness is up to hrc58-62, and its strength is high and wear-resistant.

9. convenient lubrication, good effect.The hand pump supplies oil to each lubrication point, and it is convenient to add lubricating oil to avoid the workers' fear of trouble and no oil, which leads to accelerated wear of the parts.

Performance characteristics 

1. Advanced, stable, reliable, fast, high degree of automation: straightening, cutting, forming, pressing, heading, protruding steps, fangs are all integrated, multiple actions are completed at one time, one machine can replace multi-machine operation. Fully reflected: high quality, high efficiency, saving manpower and so on.

2. The structure is compact and reasonable. The buckle machine adopts a steel frame. After the frame is welded into a whole, on the large precision boring machine, the position of each shaft hole is processed at one time to ensure the concentricity of each bearing position.

3. Gear transmission mode, high transmission efficiency and low power loss.

4. The materials are excellent, the materials selection, processing and heat treatment process are reasonable, and the parts have high comprehensive mechanical properties and long service life:
1) The wire feeding wheel, straightening wheel and guide rail slider are made of high quality alloy steel and heat treated by vacuum. The hardness reaches HRC58～62, high strength and anti-wear.
2) The large gear is made of ductile iron (QT600-A) and heat treated.
3) The gear is made of 40Cr forging blank, which is treated by quenching and tempering and high-frequency quenching of the tooth surface. Hardness up to HRC52-55.
4)The shafts are made of 45# or 40Cr steel and are quenched and tempered, which has high comprehensive performance.

Wirestraightening : we use strong bearings on wire straightening unit

Wire feeding roller: roller is after hot treatment

press & forming unit(mould): all use hot treatment material,can be used to make at least 20 million pcs

Slide:same preciison and strength with spring machine

Cam shafter: hot treatment and material we use 40cr not 45 steel which most else machine,and hot treatment hardness can be 60
