The HL series straightener has the following features

The head cavity is carburized, which has good wear resistance and long service life. ★The shaft parts such as straight shaft and seat frame are made of: HT200 cast iron and artificially aged to eliminate internal stress. ★The pressure roller shaft and other parts are made of 40Cr or 45 # steel, and the quenched and tempered treatment (HB250-280) has high comprehensive mechanical properties. ★ Provide four kinds of material straightening pressure block for users to choose: a. Alloy briquetting block (YG8); b. Cast iron briquetting block: c. Plastic king briquetting block; d. Nylon briquetting block; e. Bakelite briquetting block, user Two sets can be randomly selected according to the type, material and hardness of the linear material.

First: The power supply used in this machine is 3 phase 380 volts. Do not lose phase. If there is no phase, the motor will be burned out.

Second: Please transfer the oil to the transfer parts of the machine regularly.

Third: Please ground reliably when installing.

Fourth: It is strictly forbidden to open the cover during work, otherwise it will be prone to work accidents in case of disconnection.

Fifth: Please put the gun head on the wall to avoid stabbing other staff in the workshop when running the line.

Sixth: When a coil of wire will be adjusted, please stop the machine for the remaining three laps, otherwise the remaining thread head may have a tail-flicking phenomenon, which is easy to hurt the operator.
